Business Development Executive - IT Services

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. This is a fully remote, commission-based role offering flexible working hours and growth opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales – Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, IT Outsourcing, and Healthcare IT Consultation.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Strategic Sales Planning – Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Proposal & Negotiation – Understand client needs, create tailored IT solutions, and close deals.
  • Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years in IT sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development, and digital services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sales Tools & Platforms: Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Clutch is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • MBA or certifications in sales/IT business development (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in IT sales can be considered in place of formal education.
